2020/21 - JRC Shutt Ridley RT
In 2020, the Shutt Ridley RT merged with North West based Team JRC creating new national team JRC Shutt Ridley.
The ethos of the JRC Shutt Ridley team is to create and deliver an environment of development of competitive cycling for post youth categories where major dropout rates occur, particularly in female participation.
To deliver the highest level of opportunity to riders looking to maintain or expand on their current level, especially if the riders have “dropped out” of the GB Cycling Team program and are too old for British Cycling Pathway programs.
To engage with GB Cycling Team and integrate their coaching and training philosophies helping riders gain the best development opportunities.
