Crash Replacement Policy
At Shutt, we know from experience what a nightmare it is to crash. Lycra isn't known for its protective properties and road rash and breaks are not uncommon in our sport. We can't help with your physical recovery, but when it comes to replacing your Shutt kit, we've got you covered.
All Shutt jerseys, jackets, shorts, and tights are covered by our Crash Replacement policy*, under which we offer 50% off replacement kit for any garments damaged while riding or racing your bike.
To make a claim, please email our customer services team using info@shuttvr.com providing us with the following information:
- Details of your crash
- Photos of the damaged garments
We will review your information ASAP and get back to you with a unique discount code to use on your replacement kit.
